Shipping is free for domestic UK and international orders, and will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of order placement. UK shipments are sent via 1-2 day delivery service, international orders will usually arrive within 7-14 days outside of the UK.
Expedited shipping is available for UK & international orders for an additional cost, with a dispatch time of 1-2 days. Shipments expedited in the UK will arrive the day after dispatch, 2-5 days for international expedited orders.
We offer an 18 month warranty for purchases made through iPodPlus.shop, covering faults & defects not caused by impact or water damage. Repairs for impact damage or water damage are offered at cost price during the warranty period.
Refunds are available for returned orders for faulty and unwanted items up to 60 days after purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in good condition (ideally the same as received) with no signs of damage from impact or water, and no signs of tampering. The receipt/invoice is to be included in the returned package. Refunds are issued on receipt of the returned order, and usually take 3-5 working days to arrive back on the original payment method – please contact us if the refund takes longer than 10 days.
